Welcome! My name is Eric Landes and I am experienced in leading organizations in adopting DevOps Mindset, Agile and Lean frameworks, like Scrum and Kanban. I lead Agile/Lean IT teams and initiatives to achieve value. I believe this happens by helping organizations learn techniques like automated acceptance tests, and frequent feedback events to keep customer needs at the center of your projects.
